By entering and using the website, www.roweboutique.com, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Return and Exchange Policy.

General: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Return and Exchange Policy, if you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will happily return or exchange the following merchandise:

Any non-sale item, excluding (jewelry, accessories and undergarments) in new condition. All sale items, jewelry, accessories & undergarments are FINAL sale – No exceptions. No returns or exchanges will be processed unless the return process set forth below is completed.

Return Process

To return merchandise, you must complete the following steps:

1. Send an email notice to Rowe at info@roweboutique.com within 7 days of receipt of your order and include your reason for the return.

2. Following your email notification, you will receive an email from Rowe with your Return Authorization (“RA”) number.

3. Ship the merchandise you wish to return to Rowe, along with the original sale receipt, within 7 days after you receive the RA number. You may ship the merchandise via one of the delivery options described below. The RA number must be included within shipment of the returned or exchanged merchandise in order to be processed correctly. You must ship the merchandise you wish to return to Rowe within 7 days after you receive the RA or the return/exchange will not be processed.

4. Valid return orders will be credited as a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card, excluding shipping costs.

5. No returns or exchanges will be permitted for returnable items that are not in new condition. “New condition” means the merchandise must have all original tags attached and be unaltered in anyway including, fit, wash and/or wear. Rowe reserves the right to refuse return items that do not meet our return specifications. In such a case, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser with return shipping charges billed to the purchaser. If the return package is refused by purchaser, Rowe will declare the item as abandoned.

6. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges and will be responsible for insuring package properly.

7. IN STORE – Exchange Only. You may only exchange merchandise purchased through the website in store, simply bring in the merchandise along with the invoice and credit card and we’ll be happy help you find the perfect piece to compliment your size, shape, and style for any event or occasion.

Damaged Merchandise

If merchandise is received damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt of order by calling us at (614) 299-7693 or by e-mailing info@roweboutique.com Exchanges will ship free of charge provided the exchange item(s) is in stock. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your request to exchange your item(s) and its availability within 48 hours after receipt of your return.

Damaged merchandise may be returned through one of the following delivery options:

1. UPS - FREE. In your email notice to Rowe, please indicate you will use UPS to return the merchandise. A pre-paid RETURN LABEL will be e-mailed with your Return Authorization (RA) number. All you need to do is place the pre-paid RETURN LABEL on a box with the RA number written legibly on the outside of the box and drop the box at any UPS store or shipping center. Once received, we will process your exchange and mail back to the original shipping address processed with your order.

2. U.S. MAIL, FEDEX. If you’d like to return merchandise via FedEx or another non-UPS delivery service, please follow the steps described above. Be sure to include the RA number on the outside of the box and ship to Rowe 718 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215.

Shipping Policy

Domestic

1. UPS - $12.00 – All packages will be shipped UPS ground for a flat fee of $12.00, unless otherwise specified by purchaser. Additional fee’s will be applied as they pertain to the specified shipping method i.e. overnight, 2 day, 3 day or express services in the US.

International

1. TBD - All international freight charges will be quoted via email within 24 hrs. of receipt of order.
